Please note that in 2001, at the time of the attack, USS Enterprise and USS Carl Vinson were the two carriers in the 5th Fleet at the time. Vinson was Enterprise' relief.
At the announcement of the death of OBL, USS Enterprise and USS Carl Vinson were in the 5th Fleet AOR.
10 Years later, same carriers, fitting justice to the sailors who began the attacks on Afghanistan from those two carriers.
