Wharf Rat

I'm grateful to learn he survived the war - a true hero.

As an aside - I recently learned that my father's cousin is Ensign Warren Andrew Skon (I've never met him). He was the wingman for Cmdr Butch O'hare on the mission O'hare was lost. That mission was flown from the legend - USS Enterprise CV 6.

Ensign Skon survived the war, and is still with us, but with Alzheimers, and 90+ years young, someone in PA.
